Please use share buttons to inform friends UPDATE:7/27/2010 Tiffany has undone another surgery to remove the remaining 10% of the tumor that was growing on her spine. She is as determined as ever with a great spirit to get back to her physical therapy as soon as possible. The eBay site has gotten set up and you may bid on items to help them out and get some great deals for yourself.

Most of our fly-fishing community know Chad or as he is also known as Mini-Guide. Chad has been with Mountain River Fly Shop for awhile working as both A guide and in-store sales. Just before Thanksgiving his wife Tiffany was diagnosed with multiple brain tumors and a Syrinx at the base of her skull which extends down her spine. This will require at least one and possible more surgeries. The couple has no insurance and the medical bills alone are going to be phenomenal to say the least. We as friends, co-workers and extended fly-fishing family members are pulling together to do what we can to ease some of the worries of even the everyday living expenses. We know we can't go it alone so we turn to all of you for help and prayers for this couple. Below are links to information, updates and events taking place. If you want to or know of someone that would want to host a fund raiser event please contact us. WAYS YOU CAN HELP LINKS We are setting up an on-line auction as one of the fund raisers. If you have any un-wanted un-needed items you can part with we ask that they be of good working order and valued at least $75.00. Items does not have to be fishing or sporting related, they can be tools, Jewelry...signed books of value. Of course if you have rods, reels vises or such not in use we'd welcome them. Or print out and mail with your item to our address here at the shop. We appreciate all our friends for pulling together on this. As soon as we get enough items together and get it set up we will inform everyone of the address for bidding. Again we appreciate everyone's help on this.
